Startup Genome Appoints Gary Oliver as President of Hypergrowth Global

Oliver, who has over 30 years of experience building early-stage, mid-size, and global technology companies, expresses his enthusiasm for his new role. Prior to Startup Genome, Oliver served as CEO of three Silicon Valley companies and executive chairman of two others. His notable achievements include leading the IT Service Management business at Remedy, culminating in a billion-dollar exit, and serving as Senior Vice President in charge of Technology strategy and initiatives at Visa. Earlier in his career, Gary held sales, marketing, and executive roles at IBM including responsibility for IBM’s multi-billion dollar Data Management SW revenue. Gary is a graduate of UCLA and has served on multiple technology company and non-profit boards.
