Job Opening: Case Manager - Full-Time
Lead and drive data-driven studies to identify key strengths, gaps and opportunities within a startup ecosystem.
Startup Genome is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented candidate for the role of Case Manager to support the strategic decision-making and policy design for accelerating startup ecosystems across the world.
The selected candidate will lead and drive data-driven studies to identify key strengths, gaps and opportunities within a startup ecosystem, anchored on quantitative and qualitative analyses of inputs from a breadth of ecosystem stakeholders and secondary databases
- Lead consulting engagements with policymakers primarily focused on action-plan development for startup ecosystems
- Management of the case team by providing strategic support, guidance and oversight to develop time-sensitive client deliverables
- Work closely with internal stakeholders within senior management to design startup ecosystem strategy for Startup Genome’s clients
- Drive and oversee data collection from startups and startup support organizations (accelerators, incubators, co-working spaces, etc.)
- Conduct interviews with local startup ecosystem stakeholders
- Lead research and analysis to drive solutions in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
- Present findings and results to Startup Genome clients and members
- Prior experience in front-end consulting roles
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and team player skills
- Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as analytical tools
- High level of autonomy and flexibility in working hours and location
- Dynamic, international team
