Job Opening: Operations Specialist (Berlin, Germany)
As our Operations Specialist, you become a part of our dynamic operations team, which is based all over the world. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our Berlin office, providing crucial support and driving operational excellence. You will be the backbone of our team, coordinating various administrative, event, and public relations activities.
Operational Leadership: Oversee all administrative duties, ensuring optimal office operations. You will be the main liaison with local banks, health insurance providers, and other external partners.
Executive Support: Provide top-level assistance to our Founder and President, including managing mailboxes, calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Event and PR Coordination: Play a key role in organizing events and supporting PR initiatives, liaising with vendors, and maintaining comprehensive event and PR activity lists.
2-5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role.
Fluency in both German and English.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proactive and driven self-starter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google products.
