Pranav Arya

Sr. Director, Ecosystem Strategy

Good innovation policy is rarely an accident. It is derived from a strong understanding of local realities, a study of successful interventions, and a coordinated approach. We work closely with well-intentioned policymakers to develop roadmaps guided by these three pillars.

Pranav collaborates with policymakers around the world to assess startup ecosystems and craft impactful strategies that promote innovation-driven growth. With a focus on actionable insights, Pranav works closely with policy leaders to develop realistic roadmaps that empower the local startup ecosystem to create sustainable value and thrive in the new economy.

He also oversees Startup Genome’s primary data collection efforts — the largest of its kind — and studies innovation policy best practices and their application across diverse policy contexts.

Previously, Pranav was a Research Analyst at A.T. Kearney and supported the firm’s Private Equity and M&A practice. He has worked on projects spanning investment strategy development, due diligence, target screening, and synergy optimization.
